Investor Declaration

This Investor Declaration is provided by the investor to Cab Mangao. Please read carefully and sign at the end to confirm your acceptance.

1. Identity & Authority

   I am either an individual or a duly incorporated legal entity with the authority to make this investment. If signing on behalf of an entity, I confirm I have the requisite authority to bind that entity.

2. Source of Funds

   The funds to be invested are from legitimate sources and not derived from illegal activities. I agree to provide documentation to verify the source of funds if reasonably requested by the Company or its agents.

3. Investment Intent & Purpose

   I intend to invest in Cab Mangao for legitimate commercial purposes, including growth and return on investment. I confirm that I understand the Company’s business model and the nature of its operations.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

   I acknowledge that investing in the Company carries risks including market risk, operational risk, regulatory risk and the potential loss of capital. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and obtain information to the extent I deem necessary.

5. Disclosure of Material Changes

   I will promptly notify the Company of any material change in my circumstances that may affect the accuracy of the information provided in this Declaration.

6. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

   I confirm that this investment will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and sanctions. I am not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent me from investing, and I am not included on any sanctions or debarment lists.

7. Accuracy & Indemnity

   All information and documents provided by me are true, complete and not misleading. I agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses or claims resulting from any material misstatement or breach of this Declaration.

8. Confidentiality & Use of Information

   The Company may use and store my personal and financial information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, for the purposes of evaluating and managing the investment.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
