Welcome to Cab Mangao ("we", "us" or "the Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://cabmangao.com/, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

3. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to use certain features. Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Services & Bookings

Cab Mangao connects riders with driver partners to provide transportation services. Booking confirmations, fare estimates, surge pricing, cancellation policies and other trip terms are displayed in the app and apply to each booking.

5. Fares, Payments & Fees

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand, taxes and any applicable fees. Final fares may differ from estimates.
• Payments may be collected through third‑party payment processors. By making a payment you agree to the payment provider’s terms in addition to ours.
• We may charge cancellation fees, no‑show fees or other service fees as disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation rules and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy and by the terms shown in the app for each booking. Please review the Refund Policy for details.

7. Conduct & Prohibited Uses

• Users must not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not impersonate others, post false information, harass drivers, or interfere with service operations.
• Drivers and riders must follow applicable laws, traffic rules and safety guidelines.

8. Driver Partners

Driver partners are independent contractors or fleet operators responsible for providing transportation services. The Company acts as a technology platform and is not the provider of car services unless explicitly stated. Driver background checks and vehicle compliance are managed per local regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks and software used within the Services are the property of Cab Mangao or its licensors. You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Cab Mangao and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Cab Mangao harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, or any account, at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
